3F Medical and Rhesus Healthcare in Joint Venture

Rhesus Healthcare (Douglas, Isle of Man BCD), a business globalization, acquisitions, finance, and distribution partnership company specializing in the healthcare sector, formed a joint venture (JV) with 3F Medical Systems (Shanghai, China), a medical device manufacturer.

The new company named Rhesus-3F Medical Systems (Douglas, Isle of Man BCD) plans to focus on development, manufacture, and sales of medical devices for China and the global market. Rhesus-3F Medical Systems will focus on chronic disease management including cardiology solutions, on primary care, contract manufacturing, and health IT. In forming the new company, both JV partners recognize the potential for growing their business.

Mr. Peter van Veen, managing director of Rhesus Healthcare and newly appointed CEO for Rhesus-3F Medical Systems said, "Through this joint venture, we are expanding our presence rapidly in the global medical systems market with innovative solutions and concepts.”

Commenting on the JV announcement, Mr. Jerome Lu, CEO 3F Medical systems said, "3F has an excellent track record in medical R&D in China. Both companies bring with them a strong understanding of various aspects from the medical industry. Working together we can build on each other's expertise to serve the international and Chinese markets.” 3F Medical manufactures a line of patient monitoring devices and cardiovascular measurement systems.
