At the four-day event held from January 30 to February 2, 2017, at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre, ZOLL displayed new additions to its portfolio, including the ZOLL AED 3 automated external defibrillator and the ZOLL AED 3 BLS (basic life support). The ZOLL AED 3 BLS model is designed specifically for the needs of first responders with the CPR Dashboard and the ability to deliver the patient record directly to health care providers.

Additional resuscitation solutions from ZOLL on display at Arab Health 2017 included its small and lightweight X Series monitor/defibrillator, and the ResQCPR System, which is a combination of two medical devices, the CardioPump ACD-CPR device and the ResQPOD impedance threshold device (ITD). The devices are used together during CPR to create an enhanced vacuum in the chest that improves blood flow to the brain and vital organs.

Also on display at the event were ZOLL’s resuscitation solutions for the hospital environment, including its 731 family of portable ventilators, the AutoPulse Resuscitation System, an automated CPR device especially designed for use during transport of critically-ill patients, the R Series monitor/defibrillator, Intravascular Temperature Management (IVTM), which offers health care providers the precision and control they need to rapidly, safely, and effectively manage the core body temperature of critically-ill or surgical patients, and the Thermogard XP, a temperature management system that delivers accurate, easy-to-use, and cost-effective control for both cooling and warming applications.
