A new messaging service allows healthcare enterprises to securely communicate timely and sensitive messages with customers, employees, and business partners through wireless devices.

The Trulynk system is a cloud-based enterprise messaging service (EMS) that allows users to communicate via text, picture, video, and audio messages in a cost effective manner. The EMS can send alerts, updates, or marketing campaigns to wireless devices. The EMS also holds many key capabilities for enterprises, including cloud-based software as a service (SaaS) that offers reliability and security with flexibility and scalability. A secure global reach to subscribers allows applications to connect and exchange messages with customers and employees and maintaining delivery analytics, billing reports, and detailed message logs.

Healthcare applications include alerts and notifications, appointment reminders, prescription status, insurance claim status, preventative care alerts, and health alerts. Interactive messaging capabilities include pharmacy and hospital locations, appointment changes, prescription refills, and staff rostering. The EMS also offers a simplified user-experience through a web-based graphical user interface (GUI) that makes it easy for enterprises to view detailed analytical reports, providing detailed visibility into service usage and delivery reports.

The system also offers easy integration with other applications through application programming interface (APIs) and supports multiple standard interfaces, including HTTP(S), SMPP, SMTP, and XML. The system uses a RAID-based persistent storage for added reliability and ensured delivery and routing of messages, based on technology used to power the messaging engines of tier 1 wireless carriers. The Trulynk EMS system is a product of Infinite Convergence (Arlington Heights, IL, USA).
