Tests Help Determine Hepatitis Infection and Susceptibility

Two serologic assays help determine whether a patient has a previous or ongoing hepatitis A virus (HAV) infection or is susceptible to the virus.

The assays are part of a simple-to-use, flexible, and fully automated immunodiagnostic system that provides continuous, random access capabilities for routine and specialty immunodiagnostic testing. Using enhanced chemiluminescence detection technology, the system offers good assay performance, wide dynamic ranges, precision, and sensitivity.
