Surgeons to Convene in Toronto in April

The American College of Surgeons (ACS) has announced that its 29th Annual Spring Meeting will take place in Toronto, Canada, April 22-25. This meeting is dedicated to meeting the interests and needs of the practicing general surgeon and is designed to emphasize the College's strong commitment to and support of general surgery. However, all interested doctors and individuals in the health care field are invited to attend.

Ten postgraduate courses—open to all doctors and health care professionals—are scheduled to be presented. More than 50 companies will present products or services related to the practice of surgery at the technical exhibit. There is no registration fee for Fellows of the College or Associate Fellows. Deadline for registration is March 12, 2001.
