EIZO GmbH (Cypress, CA, USA) presented its CuratOR and RadiForce solutions for the operating room, endoscopy, and radiology at Arab Health 2019, the biggest trade fair for hospital and medical technology in the Middle East.
EIZO’s CuratOR range comprises the new EX3141-3D, a 3D endoscopic monitor in 4K UHD resolution, Surgical Panel SP2-24T-49, a digital viewing and nurse station, Caliop, its all-in-one software for the integrated OR, and the EX2620 26-inch endoscopic monitor in FHD resolution. The CuratOR EX3141-3D is a 31.1-inch LCD monitor that faithfully reproduces stereoscopic images in 4K UHD resolution (3840 x 2160) at a high brightness of up to 450 cd/m², achieving both detail and depth for endoscopy and microsurgery.
The CuratOR Surgical Panel SP2-24-49 with two integrated monitors as well as built-in IT and video management components is a digital image viewing system designed for use in the operating room. Integrated into the hospital’s IT structure, it supports various workflows and forms a space-saving combination of HIS and PACS station. The CuratOR Caliop OR is an integration software that centralizes key OR-workflows on a single platform. It supports manufacturer-independent integration and seamless interaction between the connected OR-components. The CuratOR EX2620 is a 26-inch wide screen surgical monitor with full HD display that faithfully reproduces surgical images using an LCD panel with an energy-efficient LED backlight, a brightness of 700 cd/m² and a contrast ratio of 1400:1.
At Arab Health 2019, EIZO also presented medical monitors from its RadiForce product line that are highly specialized for the demands in diagnostics and medical image viewing. The RadiForce product line includes the new RX360 diagnostic monitor with work-and-flow function, the RX560 MammoDuo breast imaging color monitor with dual-screen configuration, and the MX315W 31-inch 4K clinical review monitor.
The RadiForce RX360 is a 3 megapixel high-brightness monitor ideal for the accurate display of monochrome and color images. The RadiForce RX560 MammoDuo is a 5 megapixel, high-brightness color monitor with the high-definition display necessary for breast imaging. It combines ease-of-use, such as a narrow bezel design to help the user’s eyes swiftly move from one monitor to another, with new functions to help focus on work and maintain high performance. The RadiForce MX315W is a 31.1-inch medical monitor with an 8-megapixel resolution ― the highest in the RadiForce MX-Series of clinical review monitors. It has DICOM Part 14 calibration support, and can display a variety of medical images at the same time including CT, MRI, and ultrasound, making it extremely cost effective.
