AE Adam, a division of Adam Equipment (Oxford, CT, USA), which manufactures precision balances and scales, will be presenting a wide selection of weighing products for health and fitness, medical, lab and veterinary use at MEDICA 2017.
MEDICA attracts nearly 130,000 visitors and more than 5,000 exhibitors from nearly 70 countries, bringing together healthcare industry professionals to learn about cutting-edge technology and new products. Among the exhibitors at this year’s MEDICA will be AE Adam, which will demonstrates its scales, analytical and precision balances and moisture analyzers. The company’s representatives will also be available to answer questions and discuss applications for a number of its products, including the MDW 300L, a digital scale which calculates body mass index (BMI), as well as the MTB 20, a portable baby and toddler scale that allows pediatricians and other healthcare providers to weigh both newborns and toddlers.
AE Adam will exhibit its easy-to-use moisture analyzer PMB with rapid response time and superior data communication for recording and transmitting results quickly, and its five-place, dual-range semi-micro balance ABL, which meets the top standards of accuracy and precision for high-tech labs performing pipette calibration, quality control testing, sample preparation and other complex tasks.
Also on display will be AE Adam’s CPWplus 150L scale, which weighs up to 150kg and features a large, stainless steel platform suitable for bariatric patients. The company will showcase its analytical and precision balances, Nimbus and Eclipse, with dynamic weighing capability for precision measurement of liquid medicines or blood bags, making them suitable for medical facilities that need to weigh small quantities.
Additionally, the company will display Highland, a portable precision balance featuring a weigh-below hook for measuring medications, fluids or blood bags and suitable for medical research, pharmaceutical preparation or dietary use, alongside Core, a durably constructed portable compact balance with a weigh-below hook to measure blood bags or liquid medication and ideal for medical and health applications.
Other products to be displayed by AE Adam at MEDICA 2017 include Dune, a portable compact balance with simple, three-button operation and a large easy-to-read display that quickly delivers precision readings for labs or veterinary facilities, as well as LBK, a compact, practical, easy-to-operate bench scale with five weighing units and modes for weighing fluid bags in the medical, lab and veterinary fields.
