Intersurgical Ltd. (Berkshire, UK) is exhibiting its wide range of respiratory products at the Arab Health Exhibition & Congress taking place from 30 January – 2 February 2023 at the Dubai Convention and Exhibition Center.
The company’s product portfolio covers innovative solutions for applications in anesthesia, critical care, airway management and oxygen therapy. Joining the ABHI UK Pavilion, at Arab Health 2023, Intersurgical is showcasing new innovative respiratory solutions, including an extended range of patient interfaces for adults and pediatrics, alongside solutions for emergency CPAP. The company offers complete solutions for Non-invasive Ventilation (NIV), Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) and High Flow Oxygen Therapy (HFOT). Also being showcased at the event is Intersurgical’s Dri-Therm permeable dual heated wire breathing system, a new exciting development within the company’s active humidification product line for ventilated patients, featuring reduced condensate technology to simplify patient care, reduce fluid in the breathing system and maintain a closed system.
The company is also presenting Universal Stylet Bougie (USB) featuring a unique design that represents a significant advance in tracheal introducers (bougies) and stylets. The USB can easily be manipulated to a variety of angles when used as a stylet, yet has the flexibility when used as a bougie to provide a significantly enhanced level of tracheal ring feedback offering key advantages over traditional bougies and stylets. Also on display at the event are further additions to the wide range of Tracheostomy Heat and Moisture Exchangers, including the Inter-Therm T and Inter-Therm T+ tracheostomy HME options. Small and lightweight, their unique white corrugated paper HME design provides the perfect combination of humidification output and low resistance to flow. In addition, Intersurgical is presenting SmartCan and AbCan Absorbers which are easy to use disposable absorbers developed specifically for clinical use during anesthesia to absorb carbon dioxide within an anesthetic breathing system. They offer fast and easy exchange, an efficient CO2 absorption, an air-tight seal for storage, and no dust emission.
