LG Electronics (Seoul, Korea) is exhibiting its wide range of high-resolution monitors for applications in surgery and medical diagnosis at MEDICA 2023.
Visitors to the LG Electronics stall can view the LG 31HN713D diagnostic monitor which features Focus View Mode that allows a specific part of the medical image to be viewed in more detail. This enables professionals to focus on the most important part of the image for a more accurate and efficient diagnosis. Also on display is the LG 27HJ713C 27-inch clinical monitor for viewing which provides outstanding picture quality with the finest detail, a wide 99% sRGB color gamut, and the lowest color shifts from any perspective. This allows multiple people to benefit from a wide viewing angle. This detailed accuracy is supported by the implemented brightness stabilization and most accurate greyscale reproduction according to the DICOM Part 14 characteristic. In addition, a flexible stand concept with a rotate, tilt, or double-sided pivot function ensures good workplace ergonomics.
LG is also exhibiting the LG 27HJ710S surgical monitor which meets the requirements of modern operating rooms. With its 27-inch IPS 8MP display, the surgical monitor improves work efficiency with a precise display and the ability to view multiple image contents in parallel. At MEDICA 2023, LG is highlighting the LG 32HL512D-B diagnostic monitor with DICOM characteristic which enables precise image reproduction from any viewing angle. Its 178-degree viewing angle allows patients and physicians to accurately view rendered images with minimal distortion.
LG is showcasing its latest light-emitting diode (LED)-based surgical monitor that clearly shows video images of affected areas and blood. Medical doctors can check various surgical information using the new device which is capable of simultaneously displaying multiple screens. The mini-LED monitor distinguishes red blood and affected areas that look extremely similar. It is equipped with a wide viewing angle panel of up to 2,000 nit brightness and 178 degrees. With picture-by-picture and picture-in-picture functions, surgical information can be checked on up to four screens at a glance. At MEDICA 2023, LG is also displaying other medical devices such as the LG 14HK701G-W digital X-ray detector which ensures diagnostic accuracy and the highest image quality. LG DXD guarantees excellent resolution and clear image quality without image distortion, thanks to 16-bit image processing. In addition, it supports an optimal pixel pitch of 140 microns for high-resolution images.
